Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to Miirage Ltd (“Miirage”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) products. It sets out the terms under which we provide warranty coverage for Miirage holographic display units and related hardware.
1. Warranty coverage
Miirage warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).
During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises and a valid claim is received, Miirage will, at its option:
- Repair the defective product,
- Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality, or
- Provide a partial or full refund (where repair or replacement is not possible).
2. What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or unauthorised repair.
- Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage, scratches, dents).
- Damage caused by improper installation, failure to follow instructions, or use outside recommended environmental conditions.
- Consumable parts (such as cables, bulbs, or accessories) unless defective at the time of delivery.
- Losses caused by third-party software, network connections, or integrations.
3. How to make a claim

You will need to provide:
- Proof of purchase,
- Product serial number,
- Description of the fault or issue.
We may request that you return the defective product for inspection. If eligible, Miirage will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
4. Remedies and limitations
- Repairs or replacements do not extend or restart the original Warranty Period.
- Replacement units may be new or refurbished but will be of equal or greater functionality.
- Miirage’s liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for consumer purchases).
5. B2B purchases
For business customers (B2B sales):
- The warranty is limited to the terms stated above.
- Miirage excludes all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages is excluded.
6. Governing law
This Warranty Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
