Refund and Returns Policy

At Miirage Ltd (“Miirage”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products and services. This policy explains your rights and options regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. Products (hardware displays)

Faulty or damaged items

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if your product is faulty or damaged.

Change of mind

If you purchase a product online, by phone, or via email, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To qualify, products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or damaged.

2. Services (subscriptions and advertising)

Subscription services

For subscription-based services, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund if the service has not yet begun.

Once the service has started, refunds will only be provided if required under UK law.

Advertising bookings

Advertising bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days before the campaign start date for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the campaign start may be subject to partial refunds or credit at our discretion.

Once an advertising campaign has commenced, refunds will not be issued unless we fail to deliver the service as agreed.

4. Refund process

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming eligibility for refund.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

5. Exceptions

Customised or bespoke products and services cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Products returned in damaged or non-resalable condition may be subject to deductions.
