The more opaque window will product 6 watts and the more transparent only produces 2. If you leave your home for 8 hours on the more opaque will produce enough energy to run your netbook for 3 hours. Also at display Taiwan we uncovered some displays! The two most interesting screens were the CPT screen that looks a lot like the Pixel Qi Screen, the screen uses 2.5 watts and with out the backlight it goes down to 1 watt. check it out, for out door display technology we hope that it comes to market.
