The Motorola Droid X runs Google Android 2.1, but will be upgradeable to Android 2.2 in late summer to support Adobe Flash; it has a large 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen, 8-megapixel camera, 8 GB memory and comes with a 16 GB micro SDHC memory card, 720p HD video recording, dual LED flash, and can output video via HDMI or DLNA.
@Legoman0323 People travel?
okay… if you live say in las vegas… why the fuck do you need to know the weather in LA or florida or whatever??? UR NOT OVER THERE RIGHT NOW >.<
@dwilliams32 fuck you who gives a shit about the looks, its all about what the phone does

Which phone do you use primarily since you have all of them? lol
@marquize88 yes. You can remove everything. The only thing you can’t remove are the phone and contacts shortcuts to the sides of the app drawer at the bottom of the screen.
is it possible to remove almost all wigeets?
i was going to get this phone then i saw the back where the camera is.

that is a ugly ass phone.
@Al3xX256 So your telling me you want this phone? The back is disgusting with that big lump for the camera ( Motorola always puts something like that in), the physical buttons are not responsive at all. Sharing my own opinion is stupid to you? The Motorola Droid X is a carbon copy of the Evo 4G.
@Forggeter uhm.. just because you think the design sucks, doesnt mean everyone else does.. your just making urself look stupid by raging over a phone u probably dont even have.. haha
i have tht phone amazing
This phone fucking sucks, the physical buttons are extremely weak and the design itself sucks. Did you see the fucking back?
@A1V1Productions no you cant but there is a app in the market called music wizard that you can download songs for free
Great review.
Can I transfer the mini SD card from my blackberry storm 2 to the Droid X?
I hear transferring music from itunes is not as easy as it is to transfer to the BB Storm 2.
I really appreciate the clarity of Chuong’s hardware tour of the Motorola Droid X and his comparison of it with other phones like the new iPhone.
at 1:45 in this video you mention that they have a pamphlet about consumer info. about radio frequency emissions. by any chance do they mention SAR rating for the droid x because the original droid SAR rating was very high
jizz christtt where are you pulling all these phones from haha, out of no where u just break out all these phones…. ahhhh
DRROOOID.
@A1V1Productions Yes, via a third-party client, or you can drag and drop non-DRM music and video files in compatible format to the phone’s memory.
@stedmen14 Yes. Verizon Wireless and Best Buy I know. Best Buy is/was taking pre-orders. If you’re eligible for upgrades anytime in 2010, you can get this phone when it launches on 7/15 even if your eligibility says your due in Dec. for an upgrade. Similar to what AT&T was doing for Apple’s iPhone 4.
Dude i like how you actually answer people questions.
will this be in stores July 15?
