Amazing Source

Dennis Jensen and I having a little fun in Florianopolis, Brazil while still promoting a serious message about Software Piracy. When people use closed-source commercial software without properly licensing it, they can not get support for the software, or updates for it. They force themselves into software slavery. They should be using Free Software, which allows them to tailor the software to their needs, giving Software Freedom. Now with captions in various languages!
Very good Jon, I like this!
You can distribute it, it is just that you can not change it (create derivatives). I choose not to let people change this one. Some of the other videos I have you can both distribute and create derivatives.
Why chosen an NoDistribution-License?
Given the fact that there was no script, no real “rehearsal”, and only three takes (which included changing shirts), I think that Dennis’ acting was very good.
He is not a good actor, but the video is cool
“Amazing source” was the best of the show!
So I want that life style xD
“r”, pronounced “arrrrrrgghhhhh”, matey!
Nice video! I like these kinds of videos. They’re actually good and solid videos that desrve a spot on youtube. haha!
I look forward to the director’s cut with the dramatic organ track.
Quick, what’s a Free Software Pirate’s favorite statistical programming language?
It is not a job, it is a life-style!
I wanna a job like this
None. That bottle was a prop. I will admit to having a bit of Laphroaig Scotch though.
@maddoghall: how many bottles of Montilla did you hit to record this video?
Pieces of eight and some very good scotch…what every good privateer gets!
Hahahaha, and you pay something to him for this dirt job?
I can see you were never a pirate! Dennis is my first mate. His job is to agree with me, say “arrgh” every once in a while, and to dispatch those dirty, closed-source software vendors when I need that done.
Take no prisoners!
Why this guy in right side just smile?
Funny funny
excellent guys! Go Pirates Go!
