@iggy27707 I would think definitely this year. Maybe around 15th September.

Any word on the so called Desire HD? HTC is supposed to make some sort of announcement in mid September and they took so long releasing the Desire to some markets I wonder if the Desire HD will lag that far behind in release as well…..otherwise the Desire would be my phone of choice.

@10MinProductions I have been told that 1mb worth of text is a dictionaries worth of text, if that makes sense. I think it’s about 4 hours of youtube quality video, but i don’t know how much widgets will burn the usage away. hope this helps

@10MinProductions This will get you 500MB of data, so a few videos, some music and occasional surfing for a month. Each month, this would renew (depending on your package).

  12. 10MinProductions

i have 500mb internet, is that much and how many videos and web pages on average can i watch??

One other question, Does it have facebook integration like the wildfire so it will show friends birthdays in the calendar pulled off facebook and show their contact picture as their facebook profile picture?

Don’t buy a Galaxy S if GPS performance is important to you. See xda-developers for more info.
