Even though the primary benefits of eLearning, cost and flexibility, remain extremely attractive, most individuals have not been exposed to this newer learning process.

La Conférence Répondant aux besoins de mise en réseau du secteur pan-africain du eLearning et de l’éducation à distance, la conférence annuelle eLearning Africa est le lieu de rendez-vous principal pour les praticiens et professionnels d’Afrique et du monde entier.
Seit 2004 ist unsere Schule an dem Projekt „eLearning im Schulalltag des BMUKK mit Engagement beteiligt. In den letzten Jahren haben sich dieser Initiative, die vor allem eLearning in der Unterstufe fördern will, über hundert Schulen österreichweit angeschlossen. An unserem Gymnasium werden unsere SchülerInnen ab der ersten Klasse mit den Fertigkeiten im Umgang mit neuen Medien vertraut gemacht (IKTfit, IKT 2.Klasse). eLearning ist an unserem Schulstandort ein Unterrichtsprinzip mit dem Ziel in allen Fachbereichen neue Medien einzusetzen. eLSA bietet über den Fachunterricht hinaus auch viele Möglichkeiten der Vernetzung über Internetplattformen mit anderen Partnern. In den letzten Jahren sind so an unserem Gymnasium zahlreiche Beispiele für gelungenen elearning-Unterricht entstanden. Diese werden am 30 April von einer Kommission begutachtet und geprüft. Die Zertifizierung betrachten wir als ein Gütesiegel für innovativen und zeitgemäßen Unterricht an unserem Gymnasium!
